Heat-gun

Ik ben dol op mijn heat-gun, het is een fantastische uitvinding. Ik vind het schitterend om te zien hoe dingen vervormen door smelten etc. Hij begint al enigszins kapot te gaan, omdat hij vaak oververhit raakt is de rand een beetje aan het mee smelten dus binnenkort ben ik toe aan een nieuwe. Dit experiment heb ik ook bewerkt met de heat-gun, het bestaat uit plastic schuimnetjes die ze rond de appels doen. Ik heb een collega die weet dat ik van alles verzamel en zij heeft ze voor mij gebietst op de groenteafdeling van de nabij gelegen supermarkt. Was een leuke verrassing…ik was er dan ook heel blij mee. Zulke collega’s moet je in ere houden.

I love my heat-gun, it’s a great tool. I love to see how things are transforming by melting etc. My heat-gun is already a bit broken because he is getting overheated on a regular base. So the plastic top is melting also. One of these days I am going to need a new one. For this experiment I melted some plastic foam nets, they are used to protect apples. A colleague of mine knows a collected al kind of materials and she scrounged them at the greens department of the local supermarket. What a nice surprise. I loved it very much. It’s good to treasure those people….
