Embedding and Sandwiching III

Please enlarge me!!!

Just one more piece, I am busy experimenting with all kind of sheer fabrics. I am searching for the perfect colour for a project that I am working on. The background is an old tablecloth that I dyed in blue. The next layer contains some synthetic fibres and a piece of designed organza. For the top I used a piece of tulle. I stitched all the layers and than used the heat gun on it. The last thing I added was some foil.

Hi!
I've been in the midst of a busy week but couldn't stay away from your blog for long! Your artwork for Diane is amazing. Her piece for you is equally stunning. I very much like the scarf and find that dark things are very difficult to photograph in any light! Your sandwiched experiments are also great.

This is very interesting (as is all your work!!) - I love the depth of colour in all the blues.
