AMC

4 layers, carton, batting, black cotton and silk paper

I did some stamping on it, that is the colour you see

Another very busy day in the gallery, lots of visistors. I enjoyed to see old and new acquaintances. I also was very pleased to see some artists from Zeeland (where I live) and I feel very honored that they take the trouble to visit my exhibition.
I had the wish to write a post in the style of Rene West (Fembellish) about the AMC I made; but that is harder than I thought it would be. So I leave that to Rene, she much better than me. Anyway, the pictures are showing the process.

Hi!
Okay, generally I read several blogs and just wonder about the things I see. I'm often too embarrassed to ask questions...especially questions that seem like everyone else knows EVERYTHING about.

For months, I read the work "embellisher" and didn't really know what it was. That was really dumb. If I had asked in the beginning, I would have owned the machine long ago.

So, I've decided to ask you. I've read the letters AMC dozens and dozens and dozens of times. I have absolutely no idea what it means.
What is an AMC?
Stupidly,
Susan
PS I don't know exactly what one is but yours looks very, very good and I like the detailed photos of your stitching very much.
