Second project, saving the best for later :-)

My second project was an experiment with my chenille rollerblade. I bought this knife a few years ago but after the first try, never used it no more. Some way or another, you saw experiments with it everywhere, so I lost interest. By accident I came across to it before my holiday and I decided to take it with me, see if I could use it. I put some layers of organza on top of each other, stitched them and then used the chenille knife. The result wasn’t what I had in mind, so I used my heat gun on it. This is it???? The piece on its own is lovely but what am I gonna do with it????

Well, if you are saving the best until later I just can't wait to see it, as this is wonderful. It looks like flames. No need to do anything with it, it looks fantastic just as it is. :)

This is really lovely.
You could just enjoy it for a while - then, when the time is right you can use it ... for something ...

Karen

I agree, it looks beautiful as it is. And, I can also see it as a part of some clothing. Or you could sew it in the middel (centre of not) of a large quilt, so it attracks all the attention. I would make that quilt in black if I was you. So you see, there is a lot you can do :-).

I also love the piece you showed us yesterday! Am glad you are back on track with us ;-)
