Organza book

Like I wrote before, I had some old pieces with me to recycle. Like some sandwiches in A5 size. It was my purpose to cut them all into pieces and put them together to make a large piece. I moved them around for three days but no matter what, I wasn’t satisfied. Till we went shopping and I found this beautiful paper book, full with little books, very inspiring. Although I have to confess I don’t have the patience to read French, the pictures themselves gave me the idea to make a little book from the sandwiches. The problem was I had nothing like cardboard or something with me, so I searched between the things that I brought with me and decided to use polyester fleece, two layers of polyester are very strong. This is it; the pages all got the name of a colour. The back is made from stitched water-soluble, an idea from Dery, left over from the workshop. I love to make books, although I would love to do a workshop book binding because I still find it hard to bind the books. Every book needs its own way of handling.
