Friday I babysit on Evi because my sister wasn’t feeling well. Now I’m not used to that anymore, my children left home years ago, so what do you do with a three year old? I kept her occupied with some paper marbling. She was very enthusiastic. It is so funny, I try to control the process as much as possible but this little one just followed her instinct. She made some gorgeous paper. Today I already found a destination for the first three papers. I am busy making a wall hanging from three quilted parts. One minute I doubted to make a fabric book from it but I already have three fabric books to finish. A very bad habit, once I got an idea, I skip anything else and just have to start on my new idea before I forget. Usually I can pick it up where I left, but sometime it stains too long on my desk (or worse, the closet) and it turns into an UFO. I hope I can work so more on it tonight because this is gonna be a very busy week with lots off appointments, overtime, course, meeting and more……

These look great Jacqueline - so good to see stamping there too!!
What beautiful marbled paper. You will have to baby sit more often.
Cheers

Hi Jacqueline
This looks very interesting, I like your combination if the fabric with the marbelling it's already looking very exciting, it's so frustrating when you're on a roll and have to stop for other commitments.
I know what you mean about being unused to minding little ones now, me too. I don't mind when they're a bit older, but their instant reaction to the materials is wonderful, no inbuilt reserves, like adults.
