Zojuist een nieuw boekje in elkaar gezet waar ik al een tijdje mee bezig was. Wat jullie misschien wel weten is dat ik dol op schelpen en fossielen ben, het hele huis (en zelfs de tuin) ligt er vol mee. Dit boekje is geinspireerd op een schelp die wij thuis een zeefje noemden. Het zit waarschijnlijk in ons DNA want mijn zus heeft ook een enorme collectie. Ik ben op het internet aan het zoeken geweest wat nu eigenlijk de echte naam is maar kon het niet vinden. Het zal waarschijnlijk een soort planicosta zijn.
Just finished a new book, that I started a while ago. You probably now that I am fond of shells and fossils. There all over the house and even in the garden. This book is inspired by a shell who we call a screen or sieve at home. It is probably in our DNA because my sister also has a large collection. I search on the internet what the real name of the shell is but couldn't find it.

Your new book is so beautiful, the colours and textures are perfect. I have that fascination for shells and the sea too, there's something very calming about being on a deserted beach.
