Wasting time; the story

Nu het verhaal achter mijn gefrustreerde bui van gisteren. Vorige week had ik twee achtergrond lappen gemaakt waar ik zelf erg blij mee was. Dus begon ik meteen met spelden, tekenen en stikken. Ergens heb ik in mijn achterhoofd nog wel even gedacht, hee waar is die andere eigenlijk gebleven...? zeker op de grond gevallen..? Op de foto kun je zien hoe dicht ik gestikt heb....Op een zeker ogenblik dacht ik ook nog wat zitten er toch veel spelden in....Ik had dus beide lappen tegelijk opgepakt en op elkaar gestikt........GGGRRR. (uithalen was dus geen optie) Nou ja, niets aan te doen, dus van het weekend opnieuw gaan verven in dezelfde kleur, maar ik krijg niet meer in mijn hoofd hoe de eerste er ook alweer uit zag, die ik qua compositie al helemaal had uitgedacht. Deze nieuwe lap is compleet anders en het idee wil maar niet komen........Ik heb het nu maar even weggelegd.

Well the story behind my frustrated mood of yesterday. Last week I painted two backgrounds that I really liked. So I started pinning, drawing and stitching right away. Somewhere in the back of my head I wondered where the second background was, maybe it fell on the floor...?On the picture you can see how close my stitching is. ...On a certain moment I noticed I had so many pins in the background....I didn't noticed that I took both backgrounds at the same time so I stitched them together, on top of each other. ....GGGRRR. Well it was my own mistake, so no one to blame...this weekend I painted another background in the same colour, but I can't get the picture of the first one in my head, the one that I all ready had figured out. This new background is completely different and the idea how to stitch it will not come....I put it away for a while now.
