Van de week kwam de nieuwe Quilting Arts binnen waar een artikel in stond over die vis, iemand gezien? Het is wel grappig, jaren geleden heb ik dat boek eens geleend van de bibliotheek van het quiltersgilde. Ik heb daar ontzettend veel plezier van gehad, al was het dan eenmalig. Daar is deze quilt uit voorgekomen. Toch heb ik er wel veel van geleerd omdat je op een andere manier naar stoffen gaat kijken.
This week I received the new Quilting Arts with an article about a fish, anyone seen it? It is funny I loaned this book years ago from the library from our Quilting Guild. It was a lot of fun to work from the book, although it was just for once. I made this quilt with it and I have to admit you can learn a lot from this technique because you start looking at fabric in a whole different way.

Ja, ik heb 'm in Quilting Arts gezien! Ik vind die van jou ook erg leuk geworden! Is alles nog onder controle voor de Colors of Africa.....
