Ik heb weer een heleboel stroken liggen na het op maat snijden van sommige stukken. Eerst wilde ik ze gebruiken om nieuwe ATC’s of kaarten te maken maar ik heb me bedacht. Ik vond het leuk om er eens iets anders van te maken dus is het een doosje geworden. Het is 8 x 10 cm en de binnenkant is van zwart satijn. Het was wel leuk om weer eens iets anders te maken en zodoende komen deze stroken toch nog van pas. Ik ga er nog een paar maken denk ik.
Voor diegene die het nog niet gehoord hebben: Susan Lenz heeft een grote tentoonstelling georganiseerd in januari 2009 Columbia/ Amerika onder de naam CYBER FYBER.
Ik voel me zeer vereerd hier voor uitgenodigd te zijn. Vooral als je ziet wie mijn mede exposanten zijn. Susan heeft speciaal voor deze gelegenheid een blog geopend waar je ook actief aan mee kunt doen. Je kunt hier ATC’s en Post kaarten ruilen die vervolgens mee zullen doen met de tentoonstelling. Dit kan niet anders dan een groot succes worden.
I have a lot of strips at the moment, from cutting pieces into shape. At first I want to use them for new ATC’s or Postcards but I changed my mind. I wanted to make something different this time, so I made a little box from it. The measures are 8 x 10 cm, and the inside is from black satin.
It was nice to make something complete different and therefore come these strips very handy. I think I’m gonna make some more.
For everyone that didn’t hear of this before: Susan Lenz has organized a big exhibition on January 2009 in Columbia/ America named CYBER FYBER.
I feel very honoured to be invited. Especially if you see the name of my colleague artists.
Susan started another blog especially for this exhibition, where you can also be part of. You have the possibilities to change ATC’s or Postcards with her that shall also take part of the exhibition.
